The KENTEN 40×110 m warehouse tent is 4,400 m² of usable storage with no internal columns. The clear-span aluminum frame bolts together on site. A typical build goes from delivery to operational in roughly one week, much faster than conventional steel construction.
The 40 m span leaves the full width open for forklifts, container trucks and high-bay racking. Eave height is 5–8 m and ridge height is 8–15 m. Both can be adjusted to suit your operation. The 110 m length is built from 22 × 5 m bays, and the tent can be lengthened or shortened by adding or removing bays.
The frame uses 6061/T6 and 6082/T6 anodized aluminum with hot-dip galvanized steel connectors. The roof and walls are double-coated PVC in 650–900 g/m² weights, including blockout, reinforced and transparent options. All fabrics meet NFPA 701, DIN 4102 B1, M1 and GB B1 fire-retardant standards.
No concrete foundation is needed. The tent is fixed with steel ground anchors on soft ground or weight plates on hard surfaces such as asphalt or concrete. It can also be installed on compacted gravel, dirt or grass.
Optional accessories include electric roller shutter doors, high-speed PVC roll-up doors, steel or aluminum cassette flooring, LED high-bay lighting, HVAC, insulated sandwich-panel walls, fire suppression systems, smoke detectors and racking systems.
Typical uses include logistics transshipment hubs, e-commerce peak-season fulfillment, manufacturing raw-material and finished-goods storage, mining and energy supply yards, agricultural produce storage, cold-chain pre-positioning and emergency relief warehouses.
When your needs change, the tent can be dismantled and re-erected at another site. The aluminum frame is rated for 15–20 years of service; PVC covers typically last 8–10 years and can be replaced independently.
